My toddler is very proud to carry his Mackenzie Blue Shark lunch box into “school” aka Mom’s Day Out Program and when we visit Grandma.. I would love to get the whole set of Blue Shark lunch items, backpack sizes and luggage accessories. I would also get PBK’s new sherpa chair for his playroom.

I would totally stock on the great bento lunch items you have and some of the other cute & green accessories like the reusable snack bags and awesome lunch notes 😉

Not so happy with our Fairfax Lavender Backpack. We purchased this backpack for our kindergartener hoping we could get 2-3 years out of it since they are not cheap. Noticed the seam coming apart above the shoulder strap yesterday. She has been carrying it for school since early September….so just a little over a month of use. She literally carries a snack and a folder to and from school. Any backpack should be able to handle that load and much more, in my opinion. Called customer service, but since we are beyond the 30 day warranty period, they would not take it back or offer an exchange. I would post a photo, but I do not see an option to do that here. I think the backpack is actually decent quality….but in this case, the seam was not caught properly when it was being sewn. PBK should stand behind their products better…. from now on I am sticking with LLBean or Lands End!

Just to follow up with my previous post… PBK contacted me and is sending a replacement backpack and I will be returning our current bag so their quality control team can inspect the issue. Thank you, PBK! Now that is the type of customer service to have in order to keep customers coming back!
